  • Sanitary fitting positioning and installation.

Plumbing pressure tests, electrical safety verification, MEP coordination, fixture quality inspection.

Deliverables:

Functional plumbing and electrical systems.

Final Handover (Month 12)

Activities:

  • Final quality audit and snag list clearance.

  • Deep cleaning and site preparation.

  • Client walkthrough and feedback.

  • Rectification (if any).

  • Project handover.

Foundation & Structure (Months 2-5)

  • RCC column and beam structure.

  • Brick masonry and structural completion.

  • BIS inspection for structural integrity.

Finishing (Months 9-11)

  • Wall plastering and leveling.

  • Professional painting (premium painters with high-rise project experience).

  • Tiling and flooring (premium finishes).

  • Kitchen and bathroom customization.

  • Door and window installation.

  • Final electrical and plumbing connections.

Quality Checkpoints:

Surface flatness, tile alignment, paint finish uniformity, electrical load testing, water pressure verification, finish quality.

Deliverables:

Fully finished house ready for occupancy.
